Made-to-order pieces ship in 10 to 15 business days from the day your order is confirmed and paid. Tracking follows as soon as the parcel is collected.
Every parcel requires a signature on delivery and is insured for its full value in transit. If a parcel is lost or damaged before it reaches you, we replace the piece at no cost.
Import duties and local taxes are set by the country you are shipping to and are not included in the price shown. Where they apply, they are payable on delivery. The tax shown at checkout is the tax for your selected country; customs charges, where a country levies them, are separate.
Some destinations are restricted by our insurers. If we cannot ship to you we will say so before taking payment, not after.
