Every piece carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defect. If a prong fails, a setting loosens, or a solder joint gives way under normal wear, we put it right. The warranty covers the making of the piece, not accident, loss, or ordinary wear.
Cleaning, polishing and prong tightening are available as a paid service. We quote before doing anything, and shipping in both directions is arranged with you.
Resizing is a paid service. Each piece is made to the size you give us, so changing it afterwards means work on the finished ring and insured shipping in both directions. We will quote before doing anything. Some designs, including full eternity bands and channel-set pieces, cannot be resized at all and would have to be remade.
This is why we would rather help you settle the size before your piece is made than after. Leave the size blank when you order and we will work it out with you.
The warranty does not cover loss, theft, accidental damage, or wear from knocks and abrasion. Diamonds are hard but not unbreakable, and gold is soft enough to mark. We recommend insuring valuable pieces separately.
